THE RULES
1. The biggest rule is no jocking. Don't claim to have made our layouts.
2. Editing our layouts doesn't mean you made it so don't be a loser and edit one small thing then say it's yours.
3. Do not remove the link from our layouts. We work hard making them and would like to have credit.
4. We have noticed quite a few people taking our layouts and changing them, some even puttting profanity on the layouts instead of what we put. This not acceptable even if you keep our links on. Please do not do this as other people will see the layout and get the wrong impression of our site.
5. If you use a layout please subscribe to us and comment with what layout you used. Also, give us your opinon on how you like the quality of this site, or any suggestions. Please dont be mean. It's the least you can do for us
6. Personal requests are currently closed. But if you do have an idea or a suggestion that would benefit other people, don't hesitate to let us know. Note: suggestions may not always be considered. We are very busy lately and don't have time for these kinds of things.

Why is the top of my layout showing up at the bottom?
Because you pasted the code in "Website Stats" instead of "Custom Header"
